UK: FREE when you order books online (minimum order £20), select UK in shipping charges. Orders below £20 will be charged £5.00 postage and packing, select UK in shipping charges.
EU: Orders under £40, postage is £9. Orders over £40, postage is £12.
RoW: Orders under £40, postage is £14. Orders over £40, postage is £18.

GIFT VOUCHERS – Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Some postage and packing rules may be over ridden by the use of vouchers. If this causes problems try splitting your order so one part is just below or to the value of the voucher and treat the second part as a new transaction.

DELIVERY – Whenever possible your order will be despatched within 48 hours of your order being made. Delivery is normally within 2-3 days of our receipt of your order (in the UK). However on rare occasions it may take up to 21 days. International orders take longer, please allow at least three weeks for deliveries to EU countries and longer for ROW. Should you require delivery by a specific date, we will do our best but a few items may require extra time, so please be patient.

RETURNS – Returns for any reason must be authorised by us in advance. If goods are faulty or you are dissatisfied with them in anyway please contact us immediately. Please explain the problem and state; your name; the date of purchase; and if possible, the transaction number. Do not return goods without authorisation. In some cases it may be more cost effective to replace items without return and larger items may need collection by our couriers. This does not effect your statutory rights.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS – Downloadable products such as eBooks are supplied for personal use only. They may not (in part or in whole) be shared, copied, printed, resold or reproduced in any way. If you wish to reproduce any part of the content, in any way, written permission must be obtained from the publishers first.
