Returns for any reason must be authorised by us in advance.
If goods are faulty or you are dissatisfied with them in anyway please contact us immediately. Please explain the problem and state; your name; the date of purchase; and if possible, the transaction number. Do not return goods without authorisation. In some cases it may be more cost effective to replace items without return and larger items may need collection by our couriers. This does not effect your statutory rights.
