Postage and Packaging (Books)
UK: FREE when your book order weighs over 1.5kg. Orders below this weight will be charged £6.50.
EU: Orders under 1kg, postage is £14. Orders weighing 1-3kg, postage is £25. Orders over 3kg, postage is £35.
RoW: Orders under 1kg, postage is £20. Orders weighing 1-2kg, postage is £40. Orders over 2kg, postage is £60.

UK: Prices quoted include p&p (unless otherwise stated).
Highlands & Islands: May incur an extra charge on bulky and/or heavy items.
Overseas: Tools and products cannot be shipped overseas.

Postage and Packaging (Magazines)
Magazines (no minimum charge), please select delivery region when purchasing.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Some postage and packing rules may be overridden by the use of vouchers. If this causes problems, try splitting your order so one part is just below or to the value of the voucher and treat the second part as a new transaction.

On rare occasions when a title is reprinting it may take up to 21 days.

Delivery
Books: Whenever possible your order will be despatched within 48 hours of your order being made. Delivery is normally within 2-3 days of our receipt of your order (in the UK). However on rare occasions it may take up to 21 days.
International orders: These take longer, please allow at least three weeks for deliveries to EU countries and longer for ROW.
Should you require delivery by a specific date, we will do our best but a few items may require extra time, so please be patient.
Tools and Products: Delivery timescales are stated within the descriptions of each of these items as they differ depending on the supplier.
